If the tank is FCC or Krau, I will use Basar with tagahels, ML arimantha (mine is a hybrid damage dealer with 3.9k atk, 205 speed and 101 effectiveness) with abyss crown, and one dps to one shot ruele( I use C.dom with tagehels with 4.2k atk and 350 crit dmg, watcher schuri or ervalen should be working as well).

Usually a ruele that cannot be stunned with ML ara means it can be one shotted by dps. So it should be fine.

If the tank is lilias then you need cerise or ML lidica instead of basar to strip the immunity.

I think your best bet is someone with an AoE stun, a single target nuke to deal with Ruele, and a light tank to make STene s3 less impactful.  My personal choice was :

Tenebria(Sleep+Def break+Slow)

C.Dom(strongest STDPS) and 

F.Maya(2nd Tankiest Light Knight not easily debuffed.)

My choice against bruiser revive team is control team.

Dizzy + H.Yufine easily control them or most bruiser team for that matter (except ML Krau).

She won't hit hard if debuffed with atk down + blind. And they don't usually put immu on S Tene but even if she have immu, it doesn't really matter if you build your control team tanky. Since they only need speed + eff + hp.

I love watching enemy bruiser dying slowly due to debuffs piled up on them. 

Burn from H.Yufine & Poison+Sleep+Silence from Dizzy due to Sira Ren.

Alencia+Dienne+SSB

Control teams like Basar/Broman+Dizzy+Tene/S.Tene/ML Ara etc.

These are the options that I use. There are also various other solutions like D.Corvus+Krau+Ruele, Double Lots teams(+Cermia/Ervalen etc), Strong cleave like A.Lots+J.Kise+C.Dom(maybe it will work for someone Basar+Tywin+BBK or Ise+Tama although they are not often found in champion + and I would not count on them).

In fact, you have several options: Control (here the entire enemy team will slowly die), AoE damage (but it must be constant so that Ruel cannot cope with it), etc.
