You should not post personal information on public forums. In this regards, you should contact customer support. You can submit a 1:1 ticket to customer service in game, from the lobby -> settings -> select customer service. From there, you can choose the category and inquiry. You can simply submit a ticket through in-game Customer Service.

Lobby -> Settings->Select 'Customer Service', and there you can pick the category and choose any inquiry. 

On the bottom you'll see the 'Inquiry' button.

Also, I would suggest to wait for customer support to solve your issue. And totally avoid to cancel the payment from your credit card or payment method.

Cancelling payments usually leads to a permaban in your account.
