I would like to inform you that we will have an update on 9/17 (Thu).

Please see below for more information.

■ 9/17 (Thu) Update Info

1. Schedule: 9/17 (Thu) 03:00 ~ 09:00 UTC

2. Details:

- Official Simplified Chinese Launching

- Episode 3-2. West Politia

- New 5★ Hero – Last Rider Krau

- Sez & Manica of Control Drop Rate Up

- New Artifact – Manica of Control

- Ludwig & Time Matter Drop Rate Up

- Free Spirit Tieria Improvements

- Japanese Media Pack Update

- Other Improvements and Adjustments

- Special Side Story Preview - Thieves under the Light of the Full Moon

※ Please Note

- Update details and times are subject to change. In these cases, additional announcements will be posted.
- Please make sure that your account has been properly linked to STOVE before the maintenance begins.
- Please log out of your game before maintenance to ensure that your game data is stored properly.
- Players will not be able to access Epic Seven during the update.

What do i do to promote character past rank 40

  Go to hero. Select the hero you want to promote to 5 star. ( the hero u select must be their max level) tap/click promote. Combine charters that have the same star rating (they don't have to be max level) Then spend the required money. Notes: getting a 2 star to 3 star requires 2 charcters with to 2 stars. Getting a 3 star to 4 star requires 3 charters with 3stars. Getting a 4 star to 5 star charcter requires 4 charcters with 4 stars and so on. This does not work on artifacts! Hope this helps cause no one helped me when I asked so I had to figure it out myself.👍

Can you please set up a way to send personal messages to guild members? Its almost impossible to talk to someone or get their attention. Never played a game were this is an issue. I don't know why other people gear and pulls are more important than communication.

More in-game options please, ability to reduce graphics or similiar options for low end phones, skip skill animations, skip story automatically etc
