In order to fix issues in the game, Epic Seven will have a patch on 7/24(Fri).  
For more details about this patch, please see below. 

■ 7/24 (Fri) Patch Details

1. Schedule: 7/24 (Fri) 11:30 UTC

2. Details:

- A phenomenon in which certain Reputation counts are higher than the maximum allowed will be fixed.
- An issue where the cut scene for the skill Vortex for the 5 Star Hero Charlotte does not play will be fixed.
- An issue where the default number of Repeat Battles for Pets is set for 1 will be adjusted so that it is set to max.
- An issue where the Rank Up Pack 3 was not displayed to certain players who have reached account level 60 will be fixed.

■ 7/24 (Fri) Web Event Temporary Maintenance
Schedule: 7/24 (Fri) 10:50 ~ 11:20 UTC
Details: Maintainance will be carried out to improve the stability of the Web Event
Players will not be able to access the Trials of the Emberstorm web event page

※ Please Note

- Players will not be able to access the Trials of the Emberstorm web event page during the patch. 
- Once the patch is distributed, reconnecting to the game will automatically install the patch.

- During the patch, you may be abruptly disconnected from the game. Reconnecting the game will allow you to play as normal. 

- Players may be disconnected from the game during the patch, however, this will not affect your game data. 

- If possible, we ask that our players wait until the patch is over to log into the game.
