The iOS connection issue that was reported earlier has been resolved.
Our Heirs can now access Epic Seven normally.

BESTJust checked, this is a Facebook SDK issue, all apps on IOS that have a Facebook login component are crashing due to a problem on Facebook side, not much Epic Seven and Smilegate can do beside disconnect Facebook login from App, which then won’t allow people who rely on that to connect to their accounts, so no way for smilegate to fix everything, people should be patient and understand this is Facebooks screwup, not Smilegates and blame the right people.

Among other apps? I’ve only noticed epic7 not working and once that happened all other (game apps really) did the same thing, white screen and poof crash.
But you can solve that by wiping your ram, which is done by activating (under accessibilit) adaptive touch, go back to general settings, scroll down to “turn off” all the way at the bottom.
touch turn off, touch the adaptive touch button (probably on the right side of your screen) just once.

you’ll see a special menu, touch and hold the home button in that menu untill you get a pincode prompt.
That only takes like a second, so don’t be surprised by that.

anyway that totally wipes your RAM for either iPhone or iPad.

other apps should now be working again.

its just epic 7 that remains borked and frankly seems to have caused the memory corruption in the first place but cant proof that.

Year ago after major update (at that time only story hard mode available) I lost my id deal to this issue.
Year later came back to play. start from 0. this also happen.

For a while thought there was a problem with my Iphone, had to fire up Bluestacks to see if my game was still saved and okay.

I was about to reset my phone , then i saw that most ios users are having the same difficulty , some on reddit opens up the app on airplane mode then turns wifi back on but as soon as we connect to the wifi it just crashes back
