Hello Heirs!

This is GM Dominiel.

We have discovered an error that is causing a connection issue in Epic Seven. Currently,

the message ‘CONNECTING’ is displayed when Heirs try to run the game.

We are currently looking into the cause of this issue.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this issue may have caused. We will do our best to fix it as soon as possible.

proactive communication? ^^ .. lag been happening since 4am. ....... next time pls test everything before release.

i dont care if its late or past maintenance (compensation or no compensation), its always better to release something stable than cater to a timeframe when you have issues like this.

  HypeLoqrAgreed, there’s a whole IT career around change management for things like this. Things go wrong all the time when updates roll out, which is why it’s someone’s job to track this, find the issues that caused the problem, and then find ways to make sure they don’t happen again or mitigate it so the damage is as minimal as possible.

Another problem is that after you guys updated the equipment sorting levels, you included lvl-71 items instead of going down to exclude lvl-58 items in the auto-sell feature. =_= --why would you do that?

Why not be safe and exclude lower level items instead of including higher level items and letting players automatically sell them off??! It would at least let us know/remind us that we can have the option of increasing the auto-sell to 58-71. Ugh.

I went from 427 equipment to 242. W.T.F. is wrong with you people? I regret spending any money on this game. =_=

  Im feel bad for you bro, hope they do something about that too. Earlier I was about to sell gear I got from farming when I noticed the Lev 58-71, thankfully I saw it in time.

  First why wasn't your gear locked? Second, why are you trying to autosell anything with that much unlocked gear on hand?? I've never used auto sell because there's literally no point when it only takes 10 seconds to choose the pieces yourself to avoid situations like this. Third, consider it a push to get your self up to 85 gears and a lesson learned. Good luck.

When heirs try to run a game? Yes, that's correct. But could you also add that It appears after each click as well.

It's like saying "Today I crashed my car", but failing to mention you also killed four kids.

Lol, it looks like smilegate wasnt making enough money on packs... people obviously couldn't see them! So they added a small banner on the bottom left. Well apparently nobody noticed that either! So lets add full screen pop ups :D now we will sell all the packs while obviously upsetting nobody :D

This is now 3 out of 4 of the latest updates have had issues and these last two featured connection issues. Is SG actually working on fixing the issue or was this intentional to get people to whale more due to increased pity pulls? On top of this repeated mess, SG has continued to stack banners with even more artifacts, short banners and now the side store has a second "epic pass" setup to run down all the skystones we have. It's not like SG has additional cost for developing SSB again so only the side store is what is new and likely has much cost to it and yet they are pushing this hard. SG, you don't get a pass this time. The "we're sorry" stuff in the mail is nice but it hardly makes up for your obnoxious whaling expedition/energy wasting and continuing failure to address connection issues and errors.

Is the problem fixed yet? I'm still having connection issues. RTA has kicked me out 5 or more times, resulting them all in losses because of this problem =( I've tried on 2 separate networks, same thing happens for both mobile and LAN networks.

Happened to me on 7/2 for like a day and a half. Couldn't even play :( Really dumb issue that has reared it's ugly head on and off for people for like 6 months now... C'mon guys, get it together.....
