Hello Heirs,

The Google Play Store error issue was resolved on 4/22 (Wed) 18:07 UTC. We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience that this issue may have caused.

After completely logging out of the game, please log in again to receive items that were not delivered due to this error.

If you do not receive your item even after you have logged in again, please contact the Epic Seven Customer Service team for further assistance.

Players can contact our Customer Service Team by going to the settings menu, tapping [Customer Support] --> [Payments].

If you would like to cancel your purchase (refund), please contact our customer center and do not collect your item from the mailbox.

We will do our best to provide you with the best game play experience possible.

BESTHello, I recently bought the newbie pack 1, and I got charged for the pack, but in game it says it couldn’t verify marketplace details? I would ignore it because it’s only a $1, but i can’t even play the game now, every time I into the lobby it pops up on my screen saying that, I never received the items either. I’m on IOS if you’re wondering, it’d be great if this is was resolved, thanks.

I bought the rank up pack in order to summon for krau and didnt get my skystones. I just hope you will extend thr banner once the issue is resolved. Im 15 from pity.

  Now that the Krau banner has been removed, all the bookmarks i used in order to get him have been wasted. I was going to buy the rank up pack so I could get him guarenteed but now Im 525 bm down and still no krau. I really hope they will either bring back the rate up with the pity counter intact or refund us what we used up to that point. If I wouldve known I'd have been blocked from guarentee I'd probobly not have summoned.

I got my pack, but everytime I go to the lobby, a message keeps popping up saying couldn’t verify marketplace details. It’s really annoying because it happens everytime and it’s just annoying at this point.

  The same thing is happening to me and it’s really annoying, and epic seven won’t respond or do anything about it. I’m about done with this game.
