The wording on bloody rose is slightly confusing. The way i read it is that it applies to any single target attack, opposed to working for just one attack.

Am i understanding the wording correctly, in that it will affect her s1 multiple times or will it only affect 1 attack.

It will increase effectiveness whenever you use a single target attack, for as long as the unit is alive.

Melissa, for example, it will increase the "chance" of landing the Unhealable debuff on S1, and also the Curse debuff on S3, just because both are considered a Single Attack.
