[Issues] 4/3 (Fri) Known Issue Notice (4/8 Additional Issue Added) [13]

Hello Heirs,

Following the patch on 4/3, the following issue was discovered.


1. An issue where Defensive Battle Logs for Guild War cannot be viewed as intended has been discovered.

→ We have discovered the cause of this issue and are working on correcting it as soon as possible.

→ This issue has been fixed with the update on 4/16 (Thu).

2. An issue has been discovered that on certain devices, the NPC Battle button does not appear as intended.

→ We have discovered the cause of this issue and are working on correcting it as soon as possible.

→ This issue has been fixed with the update on 4/16 (Thu).

3. An issue has been discovered where rewards for Web Events (Shooting Star's Magic Hat, World Arena Event) are occasionally unprovided.

→  We are looking into the cause of this issue and we are working on correcting it as soon as possible

→  Those Rewards our Heirs could not claim will be redistributed at a future time.

→ This issue has been fixed with the update on 4/16 (Thu).

    Been getting S3 animation freezes after the patch today. It’s my first time getting it; tried reinstalling, restarting and clear phone space. Nothing worked  :(. Really appreciate the devs hard work on fixing the bugs tho 😊

    Battles during adventure animation freezes. Now reinstalling app and cant download patch

    I cannot play since the last patch, the app constantly find connection errors during its running, making it impossible to play. I tried to reset, to uninstall all data and install again, change server, nothing works. Please help.

      They say it's a time error, if you set your time to automati it should work normally again but it didn't work for me try that?

      STOVE127195161I have same connection error issue but it's been happening since last major update and while roaming, connection to wifi is only way to play the game.

    I'm unable to sell equipment at all for some reason, it is really getting annoying pls fix

    Please fix the connection issues. You noticed them when they were occurring a week or so ago and fixed them, but after the patch this week they started occurring again. I get the connection message every 10 or so seconds when there's nothing wrong with my connection and I'm stuck waiting a minute just to get 10 seconds of gameplay in before the next connection message. Absolutely frustrating.

    Hey I just check today for my free attack set gear from the rebirth giveaway your having and the whole set is gone. I checked my log and it says I received it 2 days ago but when I just checked an hour ago it's no where to be seen. However the health set gear is all still there but I just got it today so it may happen again. Is this a possible bug or just an error in my account? If possible could I get the gear back?

    When are you going to address the issue where devices are having connection errors whenever they are roaming? It's been going on since 2 updates ago. When connected to a wifi the game works fine. After uninstalling, reinstalling the game (twice) and updating the devices, still cannot connect while roaming. All devices worked fine until last major update. All devices are Samsung.
