Arena Determination Season is scheduled to begin on 3/23 (Mon)!

1. Arena Determination Season Open

Arena Honor Season Reward Distribution


[Glory Crest Reward]


- When the Determination Season begins, unused Glory Crest obtained from the Arena Honor Season will automatically be 

converted to Conquest Points.  


- The exchange rate is 5:1 (Glory Crest: Conquest Points)

 

[Arena Honor Season Frame Distribution Schedule]

- Players will receive an exclusive Frame according to their Arena Honor Season ranking upon entering the Arena after the start of 

the Determination Season.

A frame bestowed only to those with fierce determination. Rewarded to players who participated in Arena Honor Season.

 

■ Arena Honor Season Hall of Fame 


- The Arena Honor Season Hall of Fame will be opened. 


- Players can view Heirs who were successful in the Honor Season by going to Arena > Hall of Fame. 

 

Season Ranking 


- The Season Ranking will proceed during the Arena Determination Season. 


- Players can obtain Endurance Crests and Season Points every week according to their Weekly League Results.  


- After the end of the Arena Determination Season, players can receive an exclusive frame according to their season ranking. 

 

[Endurance Crest]


- This is a new currency that will be distributed according to the weekly calculation.  


- Depending on the Arena regular season, players will receive Glory Crests or Endurance Crests.

[Season Points]

- Every week, players in the top 1-100 of the Rankings will receive Season Points, which will determine their season ranking. 


- If the Total Ranking is the same, the priority will be determined by Victory Points and the highest number of consecutive wins. 


- The Season Ranking will be determined by the Season Points which are obtained weekly.

 

[Arena Determination Season Exclusive Frame]

- After the end of the Arena Determination Season and at the start of the new Arena season, players will receive an exclusive Frame 

according to their Arena Determination Season ranking.

■ Arena Story


- The Arena Determination Season story will be released. 

- This story will start automatically upon entering the Arena and can be viewed again in the Arena Story tab. 

 

■ Arena Determination Season – Item list 


- Exclusive Arena Determination Season Equipment will be added to the Conquest Points shop.


- Certain items may be resold and the price may change after the season has completed.

- Arena Honor Season equipment has been grouped separately. Players can purchase this equipment by going to Conquest Points

[Gladiator Equipment]


- The type and value for sub stats for each Equipment are fixed at the time of initial purchase. 

- However, they will increase at random when enhanced.

 



2. EpicPass - Seven Mysteries 2020 Season
 

The Seven Mysteries 2020 Season begins now! With this Epic Pass, we have prepared for you Tenebria’s Phantom Schoolgirl 

Tenebria skin and a special frame as a reward. Make sure to participate in this Epic Pass!

- You can increase your Season Rank by consuming the currencies specified. 


- As you increase your Season Rank, you can earn a variety of rewards! 


 Free Reward: Players can receive basic rewards by increasing their Season Rank during the season.


 Premium Reward: Rewards that can be acquired when the Pass is upgraded to Premium Epic Pass. 


 Special Reward: Rewards that can be acquired when the Pass is upgraded to Special Epic Pass.

Meet Vivian, an Earth elemental Mage who can strike with an AoE attack and also provide various buffs to allies. With her in this 

event is the Mage exclusive Artifact, Dignus Orb which provides benefits to mages with low health in this Drop Rate Up event!

6. Raid Labyrinth – Hell Difficulty Update

■ All areas of Royal Capital Azmakalis – Hell Difficulty Unlocked 


- All areas of Royal Capital Azmakalis - Hell Difficulty will be unlocked and the rest of the Boss monsters will be available. 


 Current Bosses: Devourer Arahakan, Executioner Karkanis


 Added Boss: Secretary Vera, Juleeve Council, Queen Azumashik


 The location at which each Boss appears will be the same as in Raid Labyrinth’s normal difficulty. 


- Upon entering Royal Capital Azmakalis – Hell Difficulty, all entry restrictions previously in place will be lifted allowing you to explore all areas from the beginning. 


- All defeated monsters in Royal Capital Azmakalis – Hell Difficulty will not appear again until after the reset time. 

 

■ Raid Labyrinth – Hell Difficulty Improvements 


[Adjustments to boss Monster Elimination Rules]


- Only one Boss monster can be killed for each entry into Raid Labyrinth - Hell Difficulty.


- If you successfully defeat one Boss, then the other bosses will be hidden from the Labyrinth map. 
 

 For normal difficulty, the Boss still will not disappear.

 

[Boss Portal]


- A Boss Portal will be activated after defeating each Boss in Raid Labyrinth - Hell Difficulty. 


- The Boss Portal will still be activated even after the Raid Labyrinth resets. 


- Through the Boss Portal, players can move to an area that the portal is in (Players cannot return to the starting area via this portal). 


- Players can access Bosses quicker using the Boss Portal. 
 

 This is not available in Normal Difficulty. 

 

 [Raid Labyrinth Hell Difficulty Reset Cycle Adjustments]

- The Raid Labyrinth (Hell Difficulty) reset cycle has been adjusted from weekly to monthly.

- The level of the equipment obtained after defeating monsters in the normal Labyrinth will be increased.

[Raid Labyrinth - Royal Capital Azmakalis - Hell Main Rewards Added]


- Main Rewards have been added to the Raid Labyrinth Hell difficulty similar to normal difficulty. 


- If the Boss monster is successfully defeated the first time and the labyrinth is cleared, the main reward will be acquired from the 

defeated Boss. 


- The Main Reward is the reward that is obtained only once when each Boss monster is defeated for the first time. 


- Information regarding the Main Rewards obtained by defeating a Boss can be viewed by going to [Raid Labyrinth > Select 

Difficulty > Main Reward] 
 


[Raid Labyrinth - Royal Capital Azmakalis – Hell Difficulty Reward Improvements]


- EXP, Gold, additional Gold and Ancient Coins obtained from one battle will be increased. 


- Lv. 45 and lower equipment will no longer drop when normal monsters are defeated and the drop rate for labyrinth equipment will 

be increased.


- Previously, rewards were obtained after defeating the Boss according to probability, but after our improvements, it will be divided 

into Main Rewards and Random rewards.

■ Challenge Method Improvement 


[Removal of Entrance Token]


- The Hall of trials entry token, Book of Retribution will be deleted. Now, players will be able to freely participate in the Hall of Trials. 


- The sale of Book of Retribution in the Shop will cease.

- Following the update on 3/19 (Thu), players will be unable to receive the item, Book of Retribution.

- Players who received Book of Retribution from their Pets between 3/16 ~ 3/19 will be given a refund. We will provide additional information at a later date.

 

[Rotation Improvements]


- The rotation of the Bosses in Hall of Trials will be adjusted form every week to every 2 weeks.

[Grade Reward Improvements]


- Improvements will be made so that the rewards obtained will be according to the grade obtained at the end of battle. 


- Grade rewards will be divided according to the grade range. 


- Grade rewards will be given according to the grade achieved at the end of battle.

- If you obtain a higher grade through a retry, you will be able to earn an additional reward as much as the difference between the 

rewards in that Grade and the rewards you received previously.
※In regards to the rewards offered in each level, there has been a change from what was previously announced in our Developer Note. We are extremely sorry for any confusion that this may have caused.


■ Ranking System Added


[Ranking]


- The ranking, from rank 1 to 100 is shown according to the points obtained in the Hall of Trials. 


- If your rank is outside the top 100, your ranking will be displayed as a percentage.


- Ranking information shows the current ranking and the ranking in the last battle against the boss. 


[Calculation]


- Once the boss ranking battle for the week has ended, calculation will be made according to the ranking information. 


- After Calculation, when entering the Hall of Trials, the high ranking information of the previous rankings will be displayed first as a 

pop-up. 


- If you close the pop-up that shows the highest-ranking, you will be able to see your ranking rewards in the next pop-up.

- At the end of the two-week Boss Challenge period, you will receive a ranking reward through Calculation.



 


■ Exchange


- Improvements will be made to the Hall of Trials exchange. 


- Players will be able to purchase other items in addition to exclusive equipment.

■ Other


- A notification mark will be displayed when the ranking battle begins and when the ranking reward can be obtained.


- When new exclusive equipment is added, an alert speech bubble will be displayed on the main screen of the Hall of Trials. 


- Improvements will be made so that a notification mark will be displayed in [Hero Management > Hero List] for Heroes who have 

exclusive equipment but do not have it equipped. 


-  Improvements will be made so that the exclusive equipment slot is displayed more clearly on the ‘Manage Hero’ screen.

8. Alchemist's Steeple Improvements


■ Alchemist's Steeple Screen Improvements 


- The main screen, which will be displayed when you enter the Alchemist’s Steeple, will be added. From this screen, layers can select 

the menu they want to move to. 


- Features that have not yet been activated will be locked. 
 


- Improvements will be made so that a description is displayed when you tap on Craft Material, Catalyst. 


- When you tap the icon on the Crafting Materials screen, a description of the item will be displayed.

 

■ Notification Feature Improvements


- Improvements will be made so that a notification is displayed in the Sanctuary when the number of times you can craft charms 

[Sanctuary > Alchemist’s Steeple > Craft Charm] is reset. 

 

■ Help improvements


- Improvements will be made so that players can view more detailed information for each Craft feature when they click on Help.

 


■ Equipment Conversion Screen Improvements 


[Equipment Conversion Gem]


- Improvements will be made so that players can view the materials that are currently in possession and those that are not. 


- Selecting the Equipment Conversion Gem will place it in the available slot and will display the Main Stat which it represents.


- Tapping the [Select] button will take you to the next step.

 

[Select Conversion Gem – Status of Available Materials]


- All Equipment Conversion Gems will be displayed regardless of whether a not a player has that material. 


- The Main Stat and quantity of each conversion gem are displayed together, and a description will be displayed when you tap the 

icon.


[Select Ingredient Equipment]


- The level and set information of equipment used as an ingredient will be displayed. 


The two Sets with the highest probability are displayed, and the rest can be seen in the description window which is displayed by 

tapping the [] button.




[Final Confirmation Pop-Up]


- After selecting both the Conversion Gem and equipment used as ingredients, tap the [Craft] button to display the [Equipment 

Conversion] pop-up once again for final confirmation.


- The main stats and the expected results (Level, Set, Grade) of the equipment conversion will be displayed.


- If you have more than three expected results, you will see two with the highest probability. 


- Estimated grades of equipment conversion are displayed according to the quality grade section shown after the ingredient 

equipment has been input.

■ Catalyst Conversion


- Improvements will be made so that when converting rare catalysts from the “Good” quality grade you are guaranteed to receive 3 

instead of previously 2~3.

- Improvements will be made so that when converting rare catalysts from the highest quality grade you are guaranteed to receive 4 

instead of previously 3~4.
 

9. Manage Equipment Improvements

■ Manage Equipment


- The Enhancement button will be added at the bottom of the Manage Equipment window.

- Once you have selected the equipment you want, you can tap the Enhance button to go to the Enhancement screen.


- Tapping the back button on the equipment enhance screen will direct you back to the previous Manage Equipment screen. 

 

- In Manage Equipment tapping the Hero’s equipment slot or the comparison slot will take you to that slot’s tab. 


- Tap the comparison slot where the equipment is located to remove it. 

 

■ Filter and Sorting Improvements

- Improvements will be made so that when you apply the settings for the desired set and stats in the Manage Equipment window, 

changing tabs to view different equipment won’t reset the settings you selected. 
 


- You can view two or more sets at the same time in the Manage Equipment window. 

 


- The sorting features for the main and sub stats will be improved so that you can view them in descending or ascending order. 


- Sort Order: Main Stats > Substat 1 > Substat 2 (Basic Order: Descending)

 

10. Charlotte Recall

Players will be able to recall the 5 Hero, Charlotte.

How to Recall


1. Go to the Hero Details of Charlotte and tap the Recall button.

 


2. When you tap Recall, a list of all materials that will be returned will display. Here, if you decide you want to proceed, tap Recall.

 


3. One more confirmation screen will appear. Select Confirm if you are certain you would like to recall the Hero.

- Using these Penguins for Hero Transmission will not provide any Transmit Stones and only 1 Gold will be given. 


- When using these Penguins to Enhance a Hero, Good Success and Great Success will not occur. 


- These Penguins cannot be used in conjunction with other materials to Enhance a Hero.


- Shadow Hero Penguins and White Knight Penguins can be used at the same time.


2. Grade


- Phantasma and Gold will be issued according to the Hero’s current star grade at the time of Recall.


- The Phantasma that are provided via recall will be one grade higher than their natural Grade.


(Mega-Phantasma: 3 , Giga Phantasma: 4, Tera Phantasma: 5)

 

3. Awakening


- Runes and Catalysts will be reissued according to the amount used for Awakening.

 

4. Skill Enhance


- All MolaGora, Catalysts, and Gold will be reissued according to the amounts used for Skill Enhancement as listed in-game.


- Due to the change in MolaGora cost, players will be compensated according to the adjusted costs.

 

5. Memory Imprint 


- Duplicate Heroes used for Memory Imprint will be reimbursed as Charlotte.


- Amounts issued according to the Devotion Skill level are listed below.

- Tooltips will be added to the buff icon displayed when the Bansheequeen summons minion. (There are no functional changes)


- An issue where the skill, Dragon’s Might, used by Wyverns in Hunt 1~10, ignored effects of the skill Butcher Corps Gear by Butcher 

Corps Inquisitor and Swift Defense by Tempest Surin will be fixed.


- An issue where the skill Earthen Heal used by Frozen Silva granted increased Defense buff and healed two different targets will be 

fixed.

- An issue where Combat Points were not updated right away when players changed Equipment in the Equipment Management 

Window by accessing the function from the Hero inventory and returning to the Hero Inventory will be fixed.


- An issue where the names of Heroes were displayed on top when players accessed Hero Details in Supporters Management 

window and came back to the Supporters Management window, will be fixed.


- An issue where players unintentionally yielded battles upon entering the Arena after yielding a World Arena battle, will be fixed.


- An issue where notifications on the lobby’s package icon did not disappear, will be fixed.


- Other than occasions where players changed the number for Repeat Battle during battle or right before a battle, the number will 

be set to the maximum available number.


- An issue where numbers applied to Repeat Battling Limit settings for a Battle / Adventure also applied to other pets used in other 

contents regardless of the other pet’s generation will be fixed.


- An issue where the Checkbox for Repeat Battling did not deactivate when players attempted to deactivate it after an Arena battle, 

will be fixed.

    still no inventory increase? I am sick of this inventory management simulator, if I want to play such a game I would look into a logistics simulator game, fix this **** please. Separate artifacts and gear and triple the current inventory capacity

      RapNeoNot sure what it is you 'Lol' at, so lets me pick two guesses. 1. The characters themselves would work with these pieces. 2. If you going to min/max damage only two parts is maxing out what damage sub stats you can have.

    Really great update but the only thing I don't understand is why we don't get the "teleport to boss" option for normal raid as well, it would be especially useful for people who don't want to run through the entire raid every week for lackluster rewards.

      I wanted to say that, thanks to pointing out for this suggestion @criraw. In normal difficulty we doing at least 3 or 4 entry per week who we could take 20-30 min per run. It's would be more common sense since the reward is lackluster are able to teleport to the boss and finish this run quickly.  I want to say something important too, imo it's pointless to put the teleport in hell difficulty because in elites boss,he can drop the epic ring lv88.so personally I will never use the teleport because of that, only the whales could care less on theses ring. Hope you take these suggestions in consideration @aerin

    Jeez this update is packed. I'm loving all the quality of life ui changes especially being able to enhance from equip management. Nice work. Also the goblin gate changes should definitely not be overlooked. I think this will be helpful to new players in terms of obtaining useable gear while traversing story

      AerinPlease work on crafting gear system. We need a choice to give us the right gear we want not random stats effect. Also, release something to let us have a chance to change the one of the stats of the gears

      AerinHello Aerin, great job SG for the new quality of life. I would love to see a pity system for moonlight summons, I've been playing the game for a year now and it's frustrating to see newcomers that just started the game get most wanted mls 4 and 5 star on their first weeks and then just give up on the game versus old players like me that invested time and money and only have 2. 5Star ml heroes ( ruele\spez) . Please take this into consideration SG.

    Nice QOL changes, I'd love if they upped the number of morale you can get or messed with the system a bit more so we can use more comps though :). The one boss per hell raid run makes that less important I suppose, but for normal difficulty it still means people will wind up using the same team over and over again just because they have high morale.

    Kinda new player here, so please forgive my ignorance. Just a quick doubt... If I recall the hero, do I get to choose a different one or it’s just a refund on everything that I spent on that hero? (Like getting the same character to level 1/5 again but with all the currencies refunded or a new one at random?)

      You only get the materials invested in the character. Unfortunately u don't get a selection ticket, unless I misread.
