make skins purchasable with Skystones

Hi, i'm not a native english speaker, so please forgive me if there are syntax errors...
Why you didn't let us choose between Basar and Lidica skin in the Epic pass?
I was hyped for the new Lidica skin (because she's one of my favourite char in E7) but when i learned that her skin is only purchasable from the shop, i was so disappointed that i wanted to quit E7 definitely. It's sad because i played E7 for more than a year and it was still my favorite mobile game not long ago.
I supported E7 since the launch (1 year ago) and i used to spend a lot of money. I was disappointed since you released the pets system and since then i stopped spending money and become almost inactive. For an end game player like me, skins are the only thing left for me to enjoy the game, because i have already cleared all pve content since long time ago.
But i want to let you a last chance so here are my suggestions:
-make skins purchasable with skystones. I have lots of "paid" skystones so i don't understand why i should spend money again. It doesn't make sense. If you want, you can increase the price of a skin if players want to buy with Skystones (for example 5000 skystones)
-or add more tickets in the Epic pass. Currently if we buy an Epic pass it only give us 10 tickets. But you release Epic pass only every 2 or 3 months. This means that we have to wait 1 to 2 years to be able to buy a skin. Don't you think it's a very bad system? Each epic pass should give us 20 (or even 30) tickets
-or reduce the price of skins. 35€ ?? It's too expensive for a single skin. You should reduce it by half at the minimum
If you're going to do the same for the future Tenebria skin, you will make lots of players angry. Happy players spend more (refilling energy, summoning...). Disappointed player spend less and may even quit. Thanks for listening.
