Guild Wars automatic defense placement not updating teams [1]

We noticed that eventhough some of our members did some changes to their defense on thursday, when the guild wars for today, friday, our teams were not updated.

I noticed that my Sage Baal who i fully awakened yesterday is still missing his last awakening on my defense team today.

It seems like the automatic team placement for guild wars isn't updating our teams with any changes we do the day before a war?

Only the guild leader/vice can update the new teams.
You need to notify them so that they can reassign you defense.
