Can't log into game after linked account

I tried to link my account to my email on 14th Nov, i did receive an verification email and also changed my password, but after that i can't' login to EPIC SEVEN, it keeps telling me to check my id or password.
But funny i can still login to STOVE web, and it has all the information of my account there (ingame name, reg date...)
And now when i can't even send an inquiry, this game is so so disappointing!
