Connecting... [15]

Have been experiencing "connecting..." for over a month. 

Tried changing auto time, tried restarting phone, tried deleting and re-downloading app. 

Sent multiple emails to smilegate "customer service" (which was a waste of time, terrible "customer service")

The game is literally un-playable and as a spender that is ridiculously frustrating. 

This is my last attempt to get the game playable again before i completely delete it and download something different.

    Wow, this is something...

    Maybe it was your ISP that have problem with the connection ?

    Try using different ISP / using another WiFi to see if the problem persist.

    I use phone data to play. I never have had an issue (from when i started playing, for probably 6 months) until 2 updates before the Halloween update. 

    That's when it started doing it.

    Now I'm lucky if i can get 1 NPC arena auto battle in before the connecting pop up... and it takes about 3-4 minutes every time it happens

    I have excellent service and connection in all other aspects and games on my phone. 

    That's why i showed the time stamp and full reception in the screen shots

    That's why I'm suggesting to try with different WiFi (maybe borrow your friend's) when you open the game to see if it keep reconnecting or not.

    If it does, then it has high chance the game is at fault (could be corrupt, new update messed up with some device just like bug on IOS).

    If it doesn't, then the problem is in your ISP. Cause I've been experiencing this in the past when I still played PC games, sometimes your ISP try to route your internet to high traffic one causing your play to be interrupt.

    Same here. I never had that problem before and with the recent update just made it worse. I asked customer support for help many times but they dont do shit. I feel like ever since i put in a inquiry they made my connection worse. GM aerin cant address ****

    Whuzit: i got the same BS "Customer service" response. 

    Thoroughly disappointed in their care less attitude in helping their players in this aspect...

    As a spender i expect significantly better help/service and the game to actually work. -_- 🤦🏻‍♂️

    My money is clearly better spent in/on other things. 😁😜

    The new update just made it even worse for me so i know its not my connection, also i was forced to use my wifi because of SGs lackluster response(5g btw) which I never had to do until like a month ago. Ive uninstalled and installed few timrs and it still happens. This is whats happening rn.
