Hello Heirs,

This is GM Dominiel.

We are extremely sorry to our Heirs for the extended maintenance time that you have experienced.

During the course of the maintenance, an issue was discovered.

We tried to complete the maintenance within the timeframe that was originally given, but we, unfortunately, had to extend the maintenance time so that we could provide our players with a more stable service.

* Schedule: 11/14 (Thu) 05:00 ~ ~~07:00~~ ~~11:00~~ 11:30UTC

* Reason for Extension: We have discovered an error that causes irregular play when players log in to the game.

Again, we apologize to all of our Heirs for the increased extension time and we will provide the following compensation.

  6 Leif for 4 hours extension is better than waiting for stamina regen for me.
  
  I mean 4 hours would only give you 48 stamina anyway. And 6 Leif give you 480 stamina, not to mention extra gold & BM.

predicted it will be extended.

and can u at least give minimum 1 hour before global server reset? (to give people who havent done daily dan GW attacks chance), so at least it will be 9.00 UTC. U can make the maintenance for update earlier

Well dang it.. I forgot to claim my leif for halloween afterparty. I was hoping it ends before server reset so I can claim but rip I guess the usual eXtEnDeD mAiNtEnAnCe strikes again. Really miss the old maintenance time and how we rarely had these kind of crazy extension back to back to back.

Can't you just get your **** together SmileGate? Every thursday maintenance, every thursday give estimated completion, every thursday extend by 3 hours maybe more? Releasing new useless heroes, not fixing Guild War matchmaking, not releasing the other bosses in Hell Raid, not releasing World Bosses for more Guild related activities?

Two weeks ago - 8 hour maintenance
Last week - 9 hour maintenance
This week - 10 hour maintenance

If this keeps up, the game will be in 24/7 maintenance in only three years :(
