This is GM Dominiel.

In the notice posted on 8/12, we informed our players of an issue that affected the reward for some players Arena Weekly Starting Grade. We will now be compensating those players who were affected by this issue.

■ 8/12 Arena Weekly Starting Grade Compensation
1. Schedule: 8/16 05:00 ~ 8/22 05:00 UTC
2. Compensation:

- Players will receive 50% of the Skystones they received on 8/12

Hi, i received the compensation thanks. But im supposed to start from challenger 1 but was dropped to challenger 5.. am i supposed to climb back to challenger 1 again?

Worst compensation ever, i already spend more diamond than that to get my original rank back, so much fun having to grind for 1000 arena point because your staff can't do his job correctly and can't even fix the mistake they make...

  STOVE87247805You definitively should complain, arena is the competitive part of the game, dropping 5 rank when other player not affected by the bug only drop 2 is totally unfair, and instead of fixing their mistake they just toss you a bit of diamond and say deal with it.
