This combo is overwhelming powerful and requires very minimum amount of effort and the lowest quality of gear to execute. To get straight to the point, the problem with this combo isn't Tam S3 or Iseria S3, or even Iseria's S2 resetting the CD of any turn count to 0. The problem with it is that Iseria's S2 grants her an extra turn. Why though? She should have to choose one skill or the other. The combination of her S2 and S3 in one turn is too oppressive. And for players who say "just use Dizzy!" Ok? Everyone doesn't have Dizzy for Defense. Let's be reasonable and fair here.

By removing the extra turn on her s2, I feel this will restrict the amount heroes that can work well with this combo and also greatly reduce the offensive power of this team combo. This will then cause players to actually invest in these heroes to see successful results.
