Good evening smilegate. I've noticed a problem with angelic s2, that she doesn't heal unless theres a debuff on the party. I've watched videos and saw that shes healing people when these isnt a debuff. I recently got her speciality change, but this problem is very annoying since I feel like I wont be able to properly use her even though I just put resources into her.

you just need to upgrade her last rune, the mercy rune
