A Small PvE Improvement

This is a fairly minor issue, but it's something that if changed could improve the performance of a considerable amount of characters.

In PvE whenever a fight ends the turn duration on every buff/debuff on the team is reduced by one, however the skill cooldowns stay the same. This affects the skill rotations of a few heroes and I feel that simply changing it so a turn passes for the entire team (also reducing any cooldown count by one) would resolve this issue.

Maybe this was intended but I personally don't think it adds to anything, it's only another minor annoyance for players in general.
