If SS Belona is provoked while activating s2 she does not attack all enemies. She attacks only enemy that provoked her. Found this in Automaton Tower

Perhaps her focus bar hadn't reach 5 yet

If there is no 5 focus second skill wouldn't activate. But it goes, just not attack all enemies

Oh this happen to me once on automaton tower.
On other content its fine.
