Again... Never find that Dizzy was that hard to counter. Her base spd even lower than Judith a 3* Hero (but well almost faster than most Heroes) I can tell, she's a debuffer with a missed damage on her S3. Why do you even try to take her down first, don't you use Achates Dingo Destina, Immunity set?

A fully awaken and epic 10-15 is nothing thou... It sounds like:  can't take her down > so problem is she's too OP > she need to be nerfed.

bring some cleanser, like destina, achates, or dingo

violet is easy win against dizzy, violet has elemental advantage, the he can easy evade hers attack and counter

dizzy is limited, so being op is reasonable

Use Achates then. She's the only cleanser who can keep up with Dizzy.

just use one of the several units that counter her (yeah so far i got 6 of those...) i use destina a lot so dizzy is just like a free mass CR push thanks to destina's s3. (tbh i actually count on dizzy debuffing my team so destina can dispel/massive CR push ) 

you could also try outspeed her (her speed is above average.. but not insane) .. judith is a easy to get *4 that got more speed than her. Cidd / Iseria+Tama .. they just eat dizzy. (heck any dispeller will just negate dizzy)

or you could try get 2 immunity set pieces for and make dizzy useless for 4 turns.. this turns a match into a 4v3 in you advantage....

Bring your strongest DPS.. (Karin, Yufine, Luna, or Watcher Schuri) .. Oneshot her, you will be fine.

Baiken also can oneshot Dizzy. And don't tell me you also didn't get Baiken. ........

Quick question- with your max level heros with their maxed level epic gear, does that include a set of immunity? Because that's the answer to all your problems. She is a pain to deal with but has multiple way to counter her, shes fine as is.
