We really appreciate our users expressing their opinion and suggesting us how the game should be so that we can take them into further consideration and mold the game in such ways. That said, although we have delayed Arena Season 3 for now, we believe that it is difficult to implement any changes for the next Arena Season. Of course, we will consider your suggestion so that we can maybe implement some improvements on Glory Crest, but it might take some time for these improvements to take place. How exactly is this SmileGates problem? New players are stuck in this "limbo" as you put it only because they started playing the game late, which is entirely their fault. Those who played earlier reap the benefits of it, and rightly do so.
