"Improvements will be made to the summoning system so that a ceiling will be implemented." - You've never used this language before to describe something, so I have literally no idea what it means? Please clarify.

Does this mean there's a pity meter on all banners? A targeted summon system? A selector after a certain amount of summons? What is this ceiling.

Also, I don't think it's wise to add all ml summons to the regular pool. You should just add the 3-stars and make 4-star and 5-star ml units stay in moonlight summons, but add that retroactive pity meter you spoke of (like being given a selector for ml 4-star if you "redeem" 15 ml summons, and being given a selector for a 5-star ml unit if you "redeem" 25 ml summons).

im at 1530 bookmarks with no 5 star hero. Will i be compensated with 5 star hero tickets? And I think ML units shud have been nerfed down and halve the requirements to get a ml summon. I dont like this ml units into regular pool. I believe players who have summoned over 605 with no 5 star shud be compensated with free 5 star hero ticket they have the stats on this, everything is recoreded into our accounts to make sure its legit. Compensate the players who have extremely bad luck like myself with this. 

Thank you for listening to the community, I'm really optimistic that these changes will be a step in the right direction. I've been playing the game since day 1 and love every moment of it. I have yet to get an ML5* but making them more accessible for the whole community hopefully create a more balanced pvp environment. Also I'm really happy that you are considering a compensation for those who've done countless mystic and moonlight pulls, I have faith in the team. 

However my only concern is that this way moonlight heroes (especially 5* ones) may lose their rare value. In my opinion you shouldn't remove the moonlight summons but make them cost 3 or 4 gold transmit stones and have a pity ceiling marked at 30 or 40 total summons to get a guaranteed ML 5*. This way there's something to work towards to and the units won't be devalued that much if you just remove the entire system that has been place for almost a year now.

Dont do that! Just give us more ways to get ML Summons but adding them to Normal Summons will have like no effect at all....People will still have bad luck on drops either way and the hate will still be there.

Figure put an way where we can just get more ways to get to ML Summons (whales would still whale either way)

This is such an overreaction to the toxic whiny community in S. Korea. All you needed to do was change the rates for the ML system and remove mystic summons.

I'm more than fine with this change. Is it great for new players? Yes. Bad for older players? Well, that comes down if you've WHALED or IF you played since the beginning and never got a ML 5*. So how about we give them a chance and see where this goes. If they are true to their word, if there is an issue they should listen to us when THAT issue arises. So cut them a break and lets see where this goes.

smilegate/supercreative, before going through with these changes, i suggest you guys to hold a global survey or at least reconsider about it. These mentioned changes seemed to be too rushed in your part, and it might not reflect what the global audience actually want. Removing ml summons altogether is honestly something that is over drastic in my opinion, hopefully this does not ever go through

What makes ML units superior is that you need 6 gold transmit stones
It takes 600 bookmarks to get 6 gold transmit stones
If we only go with daily log in. It takes one complete month to get 6 gold transmit stones

So don't nerf them or don't put them in regular summoning pull. Well I am not the lucky one in ML summon either. But it just feels wrong

All you need to do is remove mystic summons and change rates of ml summon, but then you gone ahead and destroy the gacha system because of the toxicity of the minority, smh
