Hello,

This is GM Dominiel.

In April of 2019, all content creators that streamed Epic Seven were banned from summoning for other players. After careful consideration, we have decided to amend this rule.

Content creators may summon for other players as long as they do not charge for the summoning that is occurring.

Additionally, when summoning for other people, creators should not encourage gambling or encourage people to spend additional money.

Content creators cannot aggressively title their videos in ways which emphasize money and summons.

Finally, please be aware that we are not responsible for any negative consequences that occur during these sessions and we strongly urge everyone to exercise caution if participating.

Thank you!

GM Dominiel

BESTi 100% agree with SG's post. like watch Scion Storm's video. the company also had RULES and THE LAW to follow. you have to understand that ;) so it's in EVERYBODY'S best interest that these rules and laws are upheld, they don't have to list all of it down but it's for us to understand this simple guidelines

BESTWhat a stupid opinion, a company should never keep bad decisions just to look decisive.

BESTThis smells like racism. Chill,  its just a game. No need to be edgy.

The ban shouldn't have even taken place. this is just bad management. now every player knows that E7 GMs constantly change their minds and don't stick with their rules.

it's so funny & fickle global users are. As soon as it affects them, they start to whine & oink . I'm just keen to see people's summons luck again . if u want the world to burn, go start by burning yourself first. thanks

here's the problem with this. this only speaks of summons and people have already started doing account reviews and charging people. just check twitch right now.

hmm guess they can keep refining the TOS down the line? but this is a good step forward in the right direction. compared to previous one step backs. haha

This is how it's suppose to be, let the players do what they want, as long as they are aware of the risk and consequences.

Mango cant charge anymore his viewers RIP

Why is this even an actual thing? Do people honestly think by lending their account to a streamer that they'll somehow have better luck summoning?

Sadly it is pretty popular for some reason. People even pay to have someone get on their account and review it. I guess people enjoy having their name pop up on some streamer or YT account. 5 seconds of "fame."

    This is so true...

Wasnt account sharing a bannable offence, in every mmo released? I say, keep them banned. 🤔

  • images
    2019.07.22 13:33 (UTC+0)

What happen to the rule not to share account information? lol

  • images
    2019.07.22 17:55 (UTC+0)

Just gonna say "there is illegal money to gain collect passwords and selling the data for brute forces databases on dark web aka Tor."

This is why sharing accounts is stupid even on government security protocols. Changing this: I would revoke your business license in usa. For even trusting without verification.

    Just saying. Can of worms.

    Keep it no.

From this bullsh*t, I can conclude that account sharing is legal?  So retarded.

Thanks for the update, Dominiel. Personally, I don't see the need to amend the rule. Whether streamers promote it or not, they are unintentionally encouraging gambling and encouraging people to spend additional money. This is due to broadcasting accounts and all the summonings that take place during the streams. It makes people jealous. It makes people eager. They would want what those accounts summon. While I don't agree with this decision, I appreciate you working to keep us informed.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't see a way for people to even do this without giving away their login info, which is explicitly against the rules. I'm fine with most decisions that have been made, but this just seems like it's openly encouraging account stealing.
