#upgradeheroes

So,  my heroes are already at their max power, and I can't seem to upgrade them. Can somebody help? It constantly ask me to use my other heroes to upgrade them, and the worse thing is, the heroes are constantly changing. It was A hero,  and it turned to B hero. I need help.
