Shining Star Covenant Bookmarks counting is wrong

I purchased my first item today after playing through missions in "Shining Star" and collecting currency. The first thing I wanted was to buy the Covenant bookmarks. It says "3/3", which is supposed to mean you can buy a total of three, but I purchased ONE and it grayed out, becoming unavailable for anymore purchases. There is obviously a problem there.
