Tamarinne S3 needs a rework ASAP [8]
Now let me explain my reason when I say her S3 needs a rework I am talking about that part that makes her S3 always go to max CD on every stage and most maps in this game is either 2 to 3 stages long now I agree with the part in keeping her S3 for the First turn at Max CD thats fine it makes her balance in that regard but as the unit is right now its just silly and I dont see this being a problem because the game already have other units with the same kind game mechanics example Yuna,Ken etc

If you think her S3 needs a rework, just look at her soulburn S1. Its rediculas.

Not only is her s3 pretty terrible, her healing and damage are both awful compared to every other healer in the game. When 3 star healers have better output with less investment there's a big problem.
totally agreed. it doesn't make any sense to reset her s3 for every battle. that's ridiculous.
