Taraminne skill 3 pls fix [3]
Her skills resets on second battle, but becomes available in third battle. And why is there a reason why we can't use ulti on turn 1?

Because if she can use s3 on first turn, her s2 will break the meta in arena since it will increase atk for 2 turn and increase cr by 50% for All allies with a 2s cd. That is just stupid.
Lol.. u must be fighting the Kikirat v2 on the side story.. when you hit it with an attack, all the cooldown of your skills will reset once every battle..
