Sync is a lie, they disabled Luna banner at launch [3]
For those of you who believe the servers are synced and everything gets pushed out and made available to everyone, well you're wrong. They've already shown they can disable banners/desync the servers at any time.
Look at the end date on Luna's banner, her banner was not only still on going during the GL/AS launch, it did not end till a WEEK AFTER. But her banner was disabled/servers desynced so that global and asian players could not get her and only KR players could. Extremely scummy move by SG.

Inb4 luna haters label this as moaning, whining etc albeit its a legitimate problem.

Not really "scam" but lame sure , they are problably pushing Luna release on non-korean servers for some extremely cheap events and limited gacha.
I wouldn't be surprised really.
