Mascot Hazel's primary attack not AOE [2]
Mascot Hazel's first skill reads that it should hit all enemies, but it only hits a single enemy. Happens every time, her attack is never multi-target.

@Erehinater - That's not what the tooltip on Mascot Hazel's S1 says:
"Book of Fire
Attacks all enemies with fire magic, with a 30% chance to make them unhealable for 2 turns."
This is definitely a bug if the tooltip on her S1 is correct.
Her S1 was never be an AoE. You can test it on skill preview though.
