Can vice captains assign teams for defense, or is it only the guild captain? Also is there any way we can know how many people in the guild created a defense team? Since missing the first day of battles, a couple people left the guild; and I'm worried about losing the people who actually are active in my guild because it seems like the captain of the guild I'm in isn't as invested in this as me or other members.

I'm currently a vice captain of the guild I joined and couldn't assign the defense teams so idk if it was because my guild didn't meet the 20 people requirement or if its because only guild captains can assign teams. If I do have the power to assign teams, is there like a certain time I'm allowed to add them or is it any time during war preparations. 

I've been hesitant to leave my guild because I was made a vice captain, but if it is just because of the lack of active players, I might think about changing guids. Since being made a vice captain, I've been purging my guild of the many inactive players and moochers who did not contribute to the guild but always put up aid requests, but it seems like it's not enough to keep the guild afloat.
