Please note that while players may experience some server instability during this time, your game data will be unaffected.

1. Schedule: 9/1 (Tue) 10:30 - 11:00 (UTC)
2. Details
- An issue where the effects of some Heroes’ Exclusive Equipment are not applied
- An issue where monsters’ buffs and debuffs are dispelled when Notos uses Skill 3, [Sanctuary of Battle]
3. Affected Content: Temporary interruption of game access
■ World Boss Temporary Maintenance Notice
1. Schedule: 9/1 (Tue) 10:30 – 11:00 (UTC)
2. Details: Temporary maintenance for server stabilization
3. Affected Content: Access to World Boss will be unavailable during the maintenance period
※ Please Note!
- Even if the game closes after the patch application, the player’s game data will be unaffected.
- Once the patch is distributed, reconnecting to the game will automatically install the patch.
- During the patch, you may be abruptly disconnected from the game. Reconnecting the game will allow you to play as normal.
- If possible, we ask that our players wait until the patch is over to log into the game.

Don't you producers play games at all?
If you don't know how to design new pvp, then don't do it. After the new pvp update, the random pool is more inclined towards useless enhancements. Some heroes have very powerful enhancements, while the weak enhancements of others are completely useless
It would have been fine if they had a server they used to test these modes and work out any bugs before releasing
I had a really bad experience in the game yesterday.
So many problems unsolved.... This is what? The third maintenance?!? And still nothing is working properly. It is actually, unbelieveable!

Were the buffs supposed to have expired or is that another glitch? I thought they lasted longer but I could be wrong.
So it’s 8 years… I thought I was coming back to have fun but no, I have crashes on pvp I lose ranks I pity to get units… what a great time to get back and just quit again. F U sg (this also stands for FIX UR SHI GAME
Why are you not addressing the RTA error/bug. I been losing points because of that.
Hi the error message that disconnects you from chaos arena is still there good luck on fixing the patch.
It is completely unacceptable to understate the impact of your "Several Hero EE's not working".
Arbiter Vildred, Assassin Cartuja, Argent Waves Hwayoung, and other heroes were affected. This severely impacted Guild Wars (WHICH WAS LEFT ACCESSIBLE) and directly caused guilds to win or lose due to the game not functioning.
This affected every level of guild war, and the Rank 1 Guild lost their war as a result of it.
The moment this issue was discovered, Guild War should have been cancelled alongside World Arena and Flag Arena.
Completely unacceptable behavior from your company.
Code:402. Happening STILL AFTER MAINTENANCE. Yeah this level of incompetency is just insane. Got kicked immediately after matchmaking.
At this point, a ML5 selector as compensation is due.
402 is still happening post maintenance fyi.
So, where can I see the post that the CM or smilegate team are summarized our complain, feedback, or request? Because SG always do the updates that doesn't come from community complains, even for maintenance. SG, if you see my post, I hope that you need to consent more to all your E7 players feedback and input, instead doing only what you want. Cuz good communication between devs and players, critics, complains, inputs, etc. are the key points to make this game more alive and you will make good game with good community base. But if you chose to ignore everyone's inputs, well, it's can't be helped I suppose, just you and your ego.

Why are you not even addressing the mystic situation? i understand it would be maybe hard to rollout a fix on that but to not even mention or talk about it existing is painting the situation in a worse light, also why did this even happen in the first place? you should have been prepared for this way beforehand but you werent and now the players have to suffer because of it, also the background battles need to be fixed its inconsistent it doesnt count in SC or guild missions but somehow just for Hazel SC it counts background battled hunts? please fix it never in my multiple years of playing this game ever felt like grinding was this annoying
What mystic situation?
IhavenomonehEarly on the game would crash after you pulled but before any units displayed. Some people think they didn't get any units when they most likely just got auto sold. Same thing happened to me but I had a new LR Karen and a couple of 4 stars.
BodiferOhhh.. i think it just got auto sold. Also, i think smilegate should add a summon log per banner.
Background battle is killing our PvE experience, not being able to toggle simple selection, and our SC or guild missions aren't being counted either.
Please, SG, we have never had to do so much manual play since the introduction of background battle.
