Hi there. I just took a summer break when R&L was on banner. What happened to E7 during this time? I don't understand anything about the new auto-battle system and nothing explains how to make it work properly. How can I see my loot? Why is this new interface so huge while showing/explaining nothing? We can't even join the auto-battle in progress anymore or send it back to the background like before. Please do something about it, it's a really bad experience for a returning player.
Whyd you axe repeat battle...bring it back, dump quick battle, that did and still does nothing...why would i want background battle, if it doesnt give xp and friendship?.... what is wrong with you people...now i gotta play like 2020 and do 1 runs, on main screen...w t f
Background battling doesn't work with side/hero story quests. Fix ur shit.
You iceholes...i use ogre hunt to help finish guild tasks, level up dummies, and a little friendship...now its 160 energy a pop? im done...good luck killin your game...the least you could do is make eulogy or any side we had to buy, open at any time...yes i bought and closed it, not knowing that was the go to grind spot after you murdered adventure...youre run it like you direly need money, you can fire most of the clowns you have there now

What I find frustrating and I consider unprofessional, is the lack of communication, no words whatsoever to acknowledge the problem or to say they are looking into it. Are they just done for the day and went home leaving behind this mess ? Or are they expecting the problem to go away once players give up and stop caring about their game ? Which is it SG?

There are complexities of updating a system that has been around a while and over time has accrued tech debt. I’d rather a working game than a rushed product with subpar quality.
