We have confirmed an issue where the equipment drop rate for Otherworld Breach and Hunt - Otherworldly difficulty is being applied higher than intended among the Epic Dash Buff Part 2 currently active after the 6/25 (Thu) update.

yep, and this is where it should be to be considered a buff event bc the 10% is actually only 3.
