Hello, Heirs!

I don’t have an official name yet, but I’m the new GM who will be popping in from time to time on GM Arky’s account to meet you.

Following the recent Epic Dash update, I’ve prepared a new irregular series where I’ll be playing Epic Seven from the beginning to provide hands-on help for new and returning Heirs. I’ll be documenting my growth journey like a diary.

With the changes in the early-game progression from the ORIGIN and NEW ERA updates, I might run into trial and error… 😢

I’ll be sharing my challenges, including growth methods, content progression order, and Equipment tips, so stay tuned!

Here I am becoming an Heir once again… We start with the monologue of Ras, the protagonist of Epic Seven. You can skip the scenes by holding down the screen, but each scene is such a vibe that I highly recommend you watch them!

I remember applauding Specter Tenebria’s visuals when I first encountered the 6th World Episode… That skin is an absolute classic!

Hello there, my new account! Let’s get along well! 

Looking at the main lobby, you can see many mails waiting for us.

They might not be items I urgently need right now, but getting rewards is always a thrill, so I’m just going to receive all rewards right away.

Personally, the toughest point was not having access to Auto-Battle and Battle Speed features… For an experienced Heir like me, it’s honestly agonizing, but it’s valuable time for new Heirs to learn the ropes for battle… I’m going to grind through Chapter 3, battle by battle, putting my heart and soul into it!

After clearing all of Chapter 1, we can obtain Inexperienced Victorika and participate in various events.

Through the newly revamped New Player Check-In Event, new Heirs can obtain various growth currencies to help them settle into Epic Seven.

Not only that, but we can also get Summon Currencies for 4 Covenant Summons, that obtainable Heroes and Artifacts every day just by attendance! Even if your day is super busy, try to at least log in and grab that Attendance Bonus!

And then, the highlight of the summer of 2026, Epic Dash Event will become available.

We have checked the [Epic Dash Pass], where we can obtain rich rewards just by playing content daily, [Lucky Dash], where we can win massive rewards based on our luck, and [Premium Moonlight Summon], which is currently unavailable but will allow us to perform 5 Moonlight Summons daily!

* Moonlight Summons is a special summon that we can obtain 5★ Dark/Light Hero.

For the Premium Moonlight Summon, we can earn Total Summon Count Rewards after a certain number of summons, guaranteeing a powerful 5★ Moonlight Hero along with Artifacts that grant special abilities to Heroes!

Since we need to clear the first faced 6th World Episode and then all of Episode 1 to unlock Moonlight Summons, my top priority for this progression will definitely be clearing Episode 1!

I also gave the newly added Lucky Dash a try, but… surprisingly, those two images are actually different. Did you notice if the "Like" button is there on the Best Record or not?

I wonder if this is a foreshadowing of a dim future for this account…

I also quickly collected the available rewards from the Epic Dash Pass. 

Managed to grab some Equipment and +10 Free Covenant Summons (5 Days)!

Hmm… first, let’s go ahead and clear the 6th World Episode, Chapter 2.

Once we clear the 6th World Episode, Chapter 2, the summoning system and the [Orbis Guide] content—which supports our journey in Orbis in many ways—will unlock. 

We will be exploring that content soon.

Because, of course, we need to jump into summoning first. 

For the first summon, we meet Angelica, whose charm lies in her slow, drawn-out way of speaking. 

She is definitely an adorable and lovely Hero, but… I can't just settle for a 4★ Hero.

After that, we can select your desired 5★ Heroes and Artifacts in the Covenant Summon.

Since we can eventually obtain [Free Spirit Tieria], a Hero who will help us clear the story anyway, I selected Heroes that are great for PvP on a new account.

Since Heroes that require high speed are difficult to use early on, I prioritized Heroes that can be utilized with decent set-up equipment and key artifacts that are commonly used.

Hmm… I was really hoping to get a Hero first, but… let’s just move on.

The next content we will look at is the core of the April 2026 NEW ERA Update: [Milestone of Radiance]!

The Milestone of Radiance is a simple system where we open chests using [Essence of Radiance] obtained from playing content to claim rewards, but amazing rewards are waiting for us inside. 

New Heirs will progress through [Dawning Trajectory], a Milestone of Radiance filled with rewards tailored just for newbies. Once we complete Dawning Trajectory, we can access the [Glorious Trajectory] that existing Heirs are currently using. 

So, what is my first reward...?

I thought I was incredibly lucky because the very first chest upgraded and gave me a 5★ Hero.

Turns out, the first reward is guaranteed to be an upgrade & 5★ Hero. I felt a bit embarrassed for getting so excited and taking a screenshot for nothing...

Kise is a Hero who boasts powerful synergy when paired with the 5★ Hero Amid. Charles is a core Hero for clearing full Constellations in the Season Battle content we will encounter later, and Tenebria is important for clearing Expeditions within the Season Battle content. 

I chose Charles, as he will be a bit more helpful in breaking through the early stages.

There was so much content available from day one that I feel like I spent the whole time just taking screenshots. 

I plan to continue this growth journey by making good use of the Epic Dash and Milestone of Radiance, which unlocked after clearing the 6th World Episode, Chapter 2!
