It's clearly not the percent that it states, I've failed more at 96, 92, 88, then should happen, clearly something is faulty in that event lol

I agree with you for this event! It's is soooooo bad it feels faulty. I failed three times in a row at 92%
There is no "should". Do you understand how chance works?
When you land multiple 1% chances on a 10pull do you say it's broken?
Do you think 96% means "you should fail up to four times and then never again within 100 tries"? Do you also think those fails should be in set intervals or something?
If so, go back to school and ask a teacher how this stuff works.
Looking for attention or rage baiting, I know how percent works, when you constantly fail at 96, 92, and 88 something is off and I'm venting my frustration, maybe you should go touch grass and grow up
