4/29 (Wed) Known Issues

Hello, Heirs.

This is GM Dominiel.

The following issue has been discovered on 4/29(Wed).

1. An issue where a certain PC Client intermittently crashes.

→ Through the patch on 4/28 (Tue), we have addressed some of the causes of this issue. However, we have confirmed that the additional client crashes.

→ We sincerely apologize for the continued inconvenience caused by this issue since the update on 4/23 (Thu). We are committed to resolving this matter as quickly as possible.

2. An issue where the UI is displayed abnormally when returning to Epic Seven after switching apps on mobile devices.

We apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused.

We will continue to inform our Heirs regarding these issues via this notice.

i have opened a blessing 5 star on my gold box but it's not in possession also not counted as dupe , i have opened 120th blessinhg box for the ML and got a dupe of a hero and i have not gotten anything. There has been some post from JP as well regarding this matter need to look into and a compensate for this loss.

Guild war share feature still saying it's under temporary maintenance on PC client

Guys i have a question, today i installed the Stove Launcher to play the game but i don't know why is taking so long to start the game, is showing only "Verifying" but doesn't do anything else, this issue is related to the same issue that you are talking about here or it is normal that takes so long?

No it's not normal. I had this bug randomly for a month when i waited like 20 minutes it would start. The bug also randomly disappeared. I suggest writting a ticket, they might be able to help.
