1. An issue where an error message would intermittently appear when bulk enhancing the Equipment.

Also forgot to add, I can't seem to find in the shop the monthly pack to renew the purchase ever since the constant changes on features of the game. No matter which section I looked, I can't seem to find it. It use to be so easy to find before the sudden update. Now I can't find it in the packs or anywhere in the shop. What happened to it??
Still waiting on getting dupes from milestone of radiance. I really would like to use the dupe heroes for imprints
PLEASE give us a Milestone buff so we can acquire the essence of radiance a bit quicker.

Just a suggestion for orbits guide mission to have the option to complete by paying gems maybe up to 3 selected mission.
As a new player I’m stuck with the complete guild war quest for 2 weeks as there were some issues with guild unable to join guild war, leaving, waiting for cooldown, spending time to search for an active guild, waiting for approval, waiting for start of guild war etc.and it is frustrating that I have to keep waiting. For new player I’m trying to follow the guide but am stuck on this.
Um, the dot notification for packs I can't buy? Is that not a bug?
Please Fix the god awful memory leak in arena and guild war when assembling team
My guildmate keeps crashing when doing RTA. Can u look into it as well? Thanks

There is another known issue you guys STILL haven't addressed but we have not forgotten about! Please address the issue of veteran players not getting units from Milestone of Radiance!
Not letting us keep the dupes from Milestone of Radiance feels REALLY BAD. I am shown the summoning animation, I see the character - and then that character is taken away from me! It's like gacha without the gacha... No other ticket/selector in the game works like this so the players are confused and frustrated. What's the harm in letting veteran players imprint some of our existing units or maybe even build the dupe with a different set of gear?
I know you said it would work like this during the 90-minute showcase but that doesn't make it a good system. I also understand why it doesn't give Covenant or Galaxy coins but come on - at least give us the imprints!
PC client is full of lag, keeps freezing, and becomes unresponsive all the time. Are you really not going to address this?

I assume there is a video that is supposed to play. For me it does not.
