Hello, Heirs. This is Epic Seven.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude for the immense love and interest our Heirs have shown following the NEW ERA update.
Since the NEW ERA update, more than four times the number of new and returning Heirs have joined Epic Seven, marking the beginning of a new era alongside the Heirs who have been with us for a long time.
As many of you have embarked on this new journey with this update, we are committed to providing a balanced service—ensuring that our new Heirs can transition smoothly and enjoy the game, while our existing Heirs remain consistently satisfied.
At the same time, while we have done our best to provide a better experience, we take it seriously that some aspects may not have met your expectations and may have caused disappointment.
To ensure we do not let down the existing Heirs who have joined us for so long, we will continue to provide our services with greater responsibility.

Sooooo nothing is happening and no response on anything for vets? This event blows, no hype or anything. Forcing us to buy leaves to just participate is foul. Using Salome as a distraction is hilarious.

Please optimize the game; with each update, performance gets worse. Things like quick battles and the arena are becoming too slow.
With useless mats that veteran players are swimming in, by giving low gs gear that is instantly turned into dust. And by avoiding the actual issue of the dupes being turned into ****** coins.
I do have to admit though, it's amazing how SG can always screw up big updates. Good old pet snacks, good old awaken potential. And now this idiocy.
Yeah bet the new players got all of the crap we got in the inbox aswell you csn keep that crap,we dont even get a choice between keeping duplicates or the coins shows how much you value us veterans while these new players will join for msybe 3-4 month ls and leave while us veterans have stuck with the game and we get shafted keep your freebies wont be spending anymore money on thid game
I'm not a lucky person. Even if I'm not new in the game, I don't have a lot of light and dark heroes and it's been a while that I only getting dupes.
I got 2 dark corvus, 2 lulucas, 2 sigrets, 2 arbs vildred, 2 charles, 2 sez and didin't get even 1 Ruele, Maid, Bellona, DDR, Vivian for an example.
I'm knew that I was only getting dupes for this event, but I thought "at least I can use the galatic coins to get some heroes that actually need"... well it's seems that I can't even keep the dupes or get some galatic coins.
That's really frustrating

Mannnnn, surely you can't give veteran players some newbie compensation and think it's job done. AT LEAST let the compensation match the player, what must a veteran player do with 17spd pieces and mid-rolled gear that can't even be reforged.
Personally I would've taken better gear comp, but I'm lucky to have most units I need + not planning to build dupes/imprint , but I definitely understand the outcry.
This ain't simply closing the gap, it's much closer to discrimination against veteran SUPPORTERS of the game.

Its very simple really. The thing is already in place, you just have to open the audience. Give us dupes back and allow veterans to choose from 3 ml5 every time we do a summon in the radiance event. Fair and square.
Giving the gear was not solved the problem u guys still neglecting what community asked and miss treating both veteran and returning players lets us keep our dupes God Damm we are not asking ridiculous request don't take our dupes that we summoned we grinded for we deserve better than this stop being ungrateful on player base that supposed u on early days SG without loyal player base you guys didn't become till this day ......

Welp SG, since you made the Goblin's Treasure event disappear from the surface of the 7th World, I knew things were about to get bad. And oh boy, I could not have been more correct. This ¨New Era¨ update is an insult. But whatever, it seems like you don't want us midgame/endgame players anymore.... For you all, we're nothing more than pawns that are useless now to inflate your download's ratio! Well then, **** off! I'm leaving to play anything else but E7 again!

If you keep giving rewards to veteran players who have already benefited from numerous past events, new players will feel left behind. Without a sense of progress or a way to bridge the gap, they won't want to play. It is only fair to give more to newcomers because veterans have already received plenty of rewards—like Headhunt events and the +15 set/option selection. Veterans have already gained significantly more than what new players are getting now
So new players are supposed to freeload unearned rewards? By that logic, shouldn't I be earning more than the senior employees after I join a company as a newcomer?
It is only fair to pay the same effort to get the same reward. If veterans ground half a year to get something, new players need to spend half a year too. Veteran players did not "benefit from numerous past events" for free (unlike new players), they paid a lot of time and effort.
I'm a veteran player who always buys weekly/monthly packs, and all I wanted was JUST to keep the duplicate milestones, that's all.
And another thing, E7 is the only game that treats veterans so badly. I understand that events and things for new players are important, but most new players don't stay in the game after the events end, while veterans will always be there. So why treat us so badly if WE are the ones who keep the game active?
As a returning player with a new account, I think you are in the right direction by closing the bridge between newbies and veterans, but at the same time I can imagine the frustration of veterans with this glory coin refund issue.
You can't miss this opportunity to get ppl back in the game, Smilegate. There can't be a "second" new era.
I was a player back them in 2019, now im back and i dont get all the "new player stuff" and the new players will be stronger than me.

I did start playing this game exact 1 year ago. Played for 4 months and quit. Now I'm a returning player and I still don't have 4 of 5 limited units that were given for free for "new" players now. Its soooo frustrating. Feels like all of my old progress means nothing for the company and I should throw it in the trash and restart again. But I like my old account, that was my first one and the one that made me play the game for 4 months because I enjoyed it. Not fair that I'm not included for the "new player" rewards just beucase I'm a returning player. I'm NOT a veteran, I don't even have a 270 speed unit yet. Please, give returning players the free limited units as well, I really want all of the 4 I still don't have. And pls let us choose the ML like new players (from 3 choices) and give us coins for dupes. Thanks!
In all honesty, most (except unlucky) true veteran accounts are actually not in a position to complain, returning players are. Accounts that are just over 4 months old have it the worst by far - they don't get any of the rewards new accounts do while also being completely overtaken and left in the dust by said new accounts getting the catch up rewards. Its especially bad for players that barely missed the Freiren collab, because they have so little to show for spending 6+ months actively in the game. SG making the rewards based on a random date cutoff is out of touch, it should have scaled with account progression where a % of the ML5 pulls you get become selectors, depending on how many unique ML5 units you currently own in your account (so that players who played a bit years ago and are returning now don't get screwed either). That way it would have truly been a catch up event to inspire more people to join pvp, instead of increasing the disparity between lucky and unlucky accounts.
Greatful for the gifts we were given, but im hoping you guys are going to address the Milestone of Radiance for veterans AND the glory coin refunds HOPEFULLY?
Still doesn’t make us veteran players feel any less awful about the milestone radiance. We aren’t asking for the sky, we just want it not to feel punishing
Just address the actual concerns of the community. The majority of players support and loved you before this update. Thats why the April fools event and new era livestream was such a success. Now the community is in civil war. Please do something
