4/7 (Tue) Known Issues

Hello Heirs. This is GM Dominiel.

The following issues were discovered in the game on 4/7 (Tue). Please see below for more detailed information.

1. An issue where the Quick Battling x10 from the new 28 Days Skystone Check-In Pack could not be obtained if a Monthly Pack was purchased prior to the 4/2 (Thu) update.

→ This issue is scheduled to be fixed in the 4/23 (Thu) update. The missing Quick Battling x10 will be distributed collectively after the update.

2. An issue where Essence of Radiance could be repeatedly obtained without consuming Energy when repeatedly attempting Abyss Challenge Mode.

There is another known issue that you guys haven't addressed yet - players not getting units from Milestone of Radiance!

Not letting us keep the dupes from Milestone of Radiance feels REALLY BAD. I am shown the summoning animation, I see the character - and then that character is taken away from me! It's like gacha without the gacha... No other ticket/selector in the game works like this so the players are confused and frustrated. What's the harm in letting veteran players imprint some of our existing units or maybe even build the dupe with a different set of gear?

I know you said it would work like this during the 90-minute showcase but that doesn't make it a good system. I also understand why it doesn't give Covenant or Galaxy coins but come on - at least give us the imprints!

Can we fix the guildwar frame issue? Why is everyone getting Top 32 frame?

Annoying issue....i grind 'episode'....it used to stay on the episode i was grinding....now...it defaults everytime, to like episode 2 chapter 2 for some reason...im on n off all day and now its aggravating having to go find the episode i was grinding in...especially since the team im using is setup for the episode i 'was' and still want to be in

No reason to be crying about Radiance dupes; these are all FREE rewards so just chill and be grateful.

This is ridiculous. Half way through the Radiance event and not a single new ml5? Why on earth we dont get to choose from 3 like the new guys. That would be the normal thing to do since we old players would have higher chances of dupes. We have been supporting the game for years since day 1 and we are being punished for it? This is ridiculous and media needs to know.

I think this is probably the most ridiculous part about the milestone system, not only do you not get ML5 copies, but you don't even get regular covenant 5-star copies.

Forget guys, e7 it's one of the games that you play constantly you are punished in events. Kkkkk

anything that benefits vets or harms new players get patched right away. everything else they pretend it doesn't exists. bury head in sand.

There is another known issue that you guys haven't addressed yet - players not getting units from Milestone of Radiance!

I can't access milestone of radiance because an error in episode 2 of 6th workd quest: unable to assign Inexperienced Viktorika in "becoming an heir" quest. I didn't get the hero at the end of episode 1. Please, fix this 😭
