Milestone of Radiance Bugs Reports

I need to report an issue with the "Milestone of Radiance" event.When I open the "Glorius Trajectory" chest and upgrade it to "Moonlight" during my summon, and get a copy of Moonlight, my hero is missing, and I don't get a "Galaxy Coin" either. This has happened twice. I summoned "Lionhart Cermia" and "Last Rider Krau." You can see it in my gameplay record, under the name "Mamamia7" on the "Europe servers." Please provide me with the "Hero imprint" and "Galaxy Coin." Thank you.

it’s intentional. Smilegate did t want vets to get anymore rewards unless you p2w

If you want to contact customer support directly.

In game. Tap the four blue squares in the top right corner of the screen -> look for the ⚙️ icon -> tap customer support -> look for the topic that matches your issues there might be another sub section so tap once more to narrow -> then scroll down to the bottom and find inquire button and fill out the form. In a few days or so then they'll respond

Customer support won't respond here. Also it isn't a bug by Smile Gate perspective. During the livestream they said if you pull a duplicate out of the chest. You do not keep it or Galaxy coins. You get Glory coins instead. Same goes for the RGB heroes too
