Epic Seven is a game so your top priority should be to have fun. Everything else is secondary if you aren't enjoying the game.

Some general tips:

Limited Heroes or collaboration heroes are something you should be aware of and save for if you have fun collecting heroes. Non limited heroes will come with time.

Refresh the secret shop (Garo shop) for bookmarks and mystic medals. It is by far the best way to get heroes without spending real money.

Don't be too strict on gear. You should work your way up when you progress into the game.

Gear can be overwhelming, but learning comes with time.

Take advantage of buff events to spend liefs for more gains, but it's not the end of the world if you don't save everything for buff events.

Knowledge of the game and heroes goes a long way besides just gear. This goes for both PVE and PVP content.

Consistency is the best way to progress your account, but it's okay to take breaks if you need to.

You can turn notifications on in Stove for information about events that give liefs or other rewards.

Join an active guild to gain benefits and perhaps, friends.

Participation in guild war gives more mystics than not doing any attacks.

If you ever have concerns or questions, you shouldn't be afraid to ask in game chat or other Epic Seven social sites.

Epic Seven is a great game that gets better as you invest more into it, but it's okay to enjoy it casually. Everyone enjoys games differently.
