Please note that while players may experience some server instability during this time, your game data will be unaffected.

- An issue where Twin Librarians' Medal cannot be used in the Mystic Summon Exclusive for Newbie Heirs
→ For Heirs who used Mystic Medals while the "Confirm Use of Mystic Medals" pop-up was displayed—despite already possessing a sufficient quantity of Twin Librarian's Medals—the following actions will be taken:
• The Twin Librarian's Medals that should have been used will be revoked
• The amount of Mystic Medals equal to the revoked quantity will be distributed at a later date
Heirs who wish to have Twin Librarian's Medals revoked and the Mystic Medals distributed, please contact Customer Service Team. (Added on 4/7 04:40 UTC)

- Addition of the Arena 2026-1 Season tooltip information3. Affected Content: Temporary interruption of game access

- Once the patch is distributed, reconnecting to the game will automatically install the patch.
- During the patch, you may be abruptly disconnected from the game. Reconnecting the game will allow you to play as normal.

This is one of the worst updates I've seen in a game, it wasn't studied at all. how did they think that giving coins and not giving the unit is a good idea? and why not be equal and give everyone the chance to select from 3 units like new players ? u can still get all dupes, but at least u get to select a dupe u will use if they gave the units at least.the old players who have been supporting the game so far should be treated better than this.
This update is giving me flashbacks of Exos Heroes. the game was good, the story was one of the best out there, but one update ruined everything and no one listened to the players.
I hate these kinds of updates. honestly Smilegate u failed this time.

yeah let's do everything to ignore most of the playerbase and fix things that will scam new players. yall don't even deserve the remaining players you got.
This 'New Era' update has created a massive disparity that feels like a penalty for being a loyal player. While I support making the game accessible for newcomers, the current distribution of rewards is fundamentally unbalanced.
It is baffling that the players who have supported the game for years are given a strictly inferior version of the same event. By denying us the duplicates, you are essentially deleting the value of our rewards. A veteran’s ML chest should be just as guaranteed as a new player’s, and a dupe should still provide the standard resources (Imprints/Coins) that we've earned through our long-term commitment.
Lowering the barrier for entry shouldn't mean lowering the respect for your existing player base. We shouldn't feel like we would have been better off starting a fresh account today than having supported the game for years.
Remove Imprint circuit from the game and give the dupes
Wow, the absolute disrespect. When something negatively impacts new players, it gets patched out ASAP, but when it happens to veterans, you decide to ignore the problem. This just goes to show how you feel about your long-time supporters. Smh.
Where's our dupes from the chests smilegate?
Stop ignoring us and do something about the New Era of Scam for players who created accounts before 2026.

Why we can not obtain "ordinary perfum" and "verity perfum" in the advent side story ????? We spend a lot of energy with this content !!! Patch this to obtain perfum with this content because it's also farm like hunt or spectral core.
Please address our concerns about not getting units from Milestone of Radiance!
Not letting us keep the dupes from Milestone of Radiance feels really bad. I am shown the summoning animation, I see the character - and then that character is taken away from me! It's like gacha without the gacha... No other ticket/selector in the game works like this so the players are confused and frustrated. What's the harm in letting veteran players imprint some of our existing units or maybe even build the dupe with a different set of gear?
I know you said it would work like this during the 90-minute showcase but that doesn't make it a good system. I also understand why it doesn't give Covenant or Galaxy coins but come on - at least give us the imprints!

lol , yeah better to just restart the game every half year, keeps getting better.....i started in december and feel ultra shafted .... if not for notos and hecate i would have restarted but then when does that end
