Combat Hard to follow, especially for newer players. [2]
I was running some PVP in arena and RTA, and noticed that given all the new units with all these passives that chain proc off each other. It can be really confusing and daunting for players.
Even as a senior player, sometimes I lose or win and literally dont even know what just happened cause this proced this which proced this which did this which ended up doing this .....
So im proposing that it would help to add a battle log (text style thats minimizable)to help players keep track of what they did that ended up doing xyz, such as combat readiness gain or resist effects so they can actually understand what is happeneing in combat. Espcially in terms of Combat readiness, sometimes random units interupt with combat readiness increases that I dont even know where it came from and its is a little frustrating if im being honest cause its hard to understand what I did wrong if I dont know whats happening. I cannot even imagine the steepness of the slope for newer players. Since we doing this new era thing to get new players, i think this would be an important feature to attract new players to play pvp.
Thank you.

A very agressive reponse.
First of all, thank you for commenting. You make a great point that the game has inbuilt options to read abilities during combat. With newer units, abilities are becoming increasing complex and long where interactions may not be intuitive, thus warrenting my suggestion (a similar problem to yugioh or league of legends season 1 champ vs season 16 champ meme).
I must disagree that looking for hand holding is "absurd" as it is one of the single largest factor detering new players. If you're a day 1 player like myself then you may remeber that combat back then was much simpler and intuitive.
Agree that my CR example is a crude one,. My main point is more visual representation of combat flow.
Hero info isnt always "at a glance". When was the last time you went to the journal to look up a hero you didnt own? Or last time you were happy to do so?
For the last point. Suggestions being "helpful to gamestate" is totally subjective.
The logic employed by people looking for a held hand is absurd.
Ok, they add a "+50%cr" now what? You still have to go look at the kit afterward. You want a print out with a full tooltip for a hero when...you can do that in match already?
You can check their skills while in match after bringing up the cr bar, in full, to make sense of what happened. Are you saying reading tooltips is too hard? And what else would this "report" give you other than that?
You literally also have all this information to you available at a glance immediately after your match using the journal or your own collection. So I have no idea what information you're not getting and instead have a clear idea of what you're not actively paying attention to.
"Suggestions" like these detract from things actually helpful to the game state. Click the buttons that are already there instead.
