Lady of the scales S2 (Scales of Equity) bugged interaction with Green Yulha

I was doing arena runs when I encountered this bug.

My team: Harsetti, Arcdemon mercedes, Bride Senya, Afternoon soak flan

Opposition team: Rinak, Green Yulha, Lady of scales, Frieren.

Basically I managed to kill Friren and rinak, but scales of equity grants offering to yulha ( which when proced grants a 1 turn invuln). However, during yulhas turn, she casts S3 at 1 hp which would take out one of my units, and heal her (im not sure why maybe she was on lifesteal set). The problem is that after this happens, the 1 turn invuln shoul have passed, but Yulha would be renewed with a fresh offering buff which will once again grant a 1 turn invuln when shes suppose to die. This effectively makes her a 1 shotting demon that revamps hp with a permenant offering buff that cannot be dispelled, and a lady of scales that cannot be killed in time due to 70% damage share from scales of equity.

Please look into this and fix it as I am quite sure this is a bug, since the description of offering literally says the invuln can only be proced once per total combat, yet it was procced repeatedly here and is actually game breakingly overpowered with limited counterplay.
