Mystic Medals and Twin Librarians' Medal bug

When a new player try to pull on a banner with Twin Librarians' Medal on a 10 pull it forces him to use normal mystic medals this is need fixing, happened to a friend of mine today - it looks like this is only when you try to do a 10 pull.
