PoH bug/oversight [1]
Path of the heir 37 requires me to try an ice element 4-5* summon. I can't do this since I don't have any of those summons and the last one I did (a couple of days ago?) doesn't seem to have counted. I can't buy any from my guild (the only place I can see where I might be able to get some) as I don't have the currency to do so, and as I'm a beginner account in a beginner guild, it will take me a long time to get enough currency to do this anyway. This must be an oversight, right? The previous summon should have counted I think. Am I supposed to be stuck on poh 37 for weeks and weeks trying to get the guild currency? It doesn't seem like that would be how you intended it to be completed.

In game - tap the four blue squares in the top right corner of the screen.
Then look for the ⚙️ at the bottom right corner tap that then tap customer support.
Find what topic matches your inquiry or "other" if none match. If there is a list tap on one of them and scroll to the bottom. You need to find the button that says "inquire" then fill out the form and it will take a few days for them to reply back
