game usage restricted - "Refresh List" button not working?

I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced this or knows how long it usually takes for the system to update.
Here’s my situation:
A few days ago, I purchased the "28-Day Skystone Daily Pack", but it never arrived. After waiting for a long time with no delivery, I contacted Apple for a refund to protect my balance.
As expected, my account was restricted for "Refund Abuse." I followed the instructions and repaid the full amount via the Apple App Store. I’ve already received the official Apple invoice, and the status is "Completed."
The Problem:
Despite the successful repayment, the in-game restriction pop-up won't go away. I’ve been clicking the "Refresh List" button repeatedly, but nothing happens. It's been nearly a day, and I've submitted two tickets to STOVE support with no response yet.
My Questions:
1. Is it normal for the "Refresh List" button to fail even after a successful payment?
2. Does the system usually require manual intervention from a GM to lift the ban?
3. For those who have gone through this, how long did it take for your account to be restored?
I’m really worried about missing out on daily rewards and events. Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!
