I understand the need for new players, and their need to feel included in the late game. 

But

Players that can compete in late game PvP and get high scores in PvE have been playing for a LONG time, and that's why they got there. There was no free 291 speed Rinak and free ML selectors for them to climb with...

I say that it's okay for them (new people) to get the good rewards, as long as everyone else can have the same chance. We, long time players, have been managing our resources to summon for these limited characters and farming like crazy to get the good gear. And, still, as is the nature of this RNG game, many couldn't do it.

It's a bit disheartening.

About the fact that we don't get neither ML coin or the dupe: it's sad, but they did say we wouldn't, and it's also kinda okay. The imprints change a character and it would be SO nice to have them but, at this point, I don't even care anymore. 

After all, what the heck would we do with a max imprint Apoc Ravi.

So, the big problem about the MLs, for me, is as follows

There's no "new era". Not only it's fully random, but it's all characters from last era in 2026 meta. Sure gramps, give me that harsetti, she'll be so good against Scales ft Notos, Yulha and the gang 

I get it that they make characters to sell them, not give them away, but still, it's a bitter taste.

In the end, I guess what I want to say is that paying doesn't feel rewarding enough. We farm like crazy to get the coins and open the chests, get nothing, and buy one good ring from the store. Then, what? Play with the same old character we always had with the gear we always got laying around against the same infernal meta? Huh

So, yeah, it's a nice event, but maybe my love for the game has just dimmed. 

Also, be warned that the game can only be sustained by these new players if they STAY. Next year, treat them like you do veterans now and we'll see the next big event.
