Milestone of Radiance Summon Error [1]
Dear SmileGate,
I have summoned isseria and solitaria of the snow through milestones of radiance but since my hero storage is full, these summons seems to bug and not automatically move to both the hero waiting room or the Summon storage. Please kindly sent me these heros and fix the bug for other players if this happen to them.

As SG puts it. This is intentional; if you pull a duplicate, you do not keep them. Instead you get the event coins instead.
Very scummy so voice your disappointment directly to SG. More people who do the better
